My company is structured in such a way that I deliver a reliable product on all occasions and am able to maintain the entire portfolio at todays quality standards and for a realistic return.

Operational excellence is Reliability Centered Management (RCM).

For us, operational excellence is a way of attaining exceptionally high standards of reliability in our performance for the client. That means always looking at our performance through our clients eyes and relating all assignments to the added value of this reliability. At the end of the day, the client is after all the only real stakeholder in the company. Bringing back this client perspective is as obvious as it is necessary. All the elements in the organization that are needed to reach and maintain a high level of reliability in service or in products, we call the operational excellence strategy. This strategy includes four components: the vision (meaning) of operational excellence, the building blocks of achieving operational excellence, implementing operational excellence and anchoring the achieved level.
